Jim Baldwin

Jim is a well respected trainer with over 25 years experience of training puppies and dogs to a very high standard.

He has owned dogs of some description all his life but  acquired his first  Spaniel puppy  some 25 years ago and soon realised his affinity with these high energy dogs and the ability to train them through positive reinforcement. Over the years his understanding  of what makes a good dog and more importantly a good owner has increased, and that, together with his love of dogs, led him to become a one to one dog trainer. 

Jim `grew increasingly interested in  the challenge of training dogs to competition standard  and now competes in and judges KC registered  Field Trials. 

Jim spent many years as the Operations Director for a major North East construction company and in his younger years captained both Northern and Northumberland Rugby. He feels the leadership and communication skills he learnt both in business and sport helped him become a better dog trainer.
